Founded in 1902 and later renovated in 2000, the winery preserves the traditional wine presses, clay amphorae, and oak barrels that have witnessed decades of excellent wine production. The ODE wines embody the philosophy of "Minimum Intervention and Maximum Attention", reflecting an unwavering commitment to quality and authenticity. Rising 60 meters above the Tejo river valley, the 22 hectare ODE Farm symbolizes respect for the environment and a dedicated approach to sustainability and conservation.
In this viticultural oasis, emerges the Cellar Door restaurant, an ode to the fusion of cultures, applying world techniques to local products, including ingredients grown and developed at the Ode Farm, in an authentic farm-to-table experience. With a sharing concept, the menu is constantly changing, always seeking to combine the best of international know-how with national products. The current menu, with an Asian inspiration, offers an "izakaya" experience, the well-known Japanese taverns, in perfect harmony with the wines. In line with the winery's futuristic vision, an event space is under development, designed to bring memorable celebrations to life.
During 2024, the beginning of construction of an exclusive hotel is envisioned, featuring 30 luxurious suites. Additionally, 20 glamping tents will offer a unique experience for barefoot luxury enthusiasts. At ODE Winery, each element is carefully connected, offering unparalleled sensory experiences and accommodations, where wine, nature, and comfort converge to create everlasting memories.
