Feel & Soul - Douro Wine Tourism, located in the Vinho Verde (Green Wine) wine region, between the Douro Verde and the Douro Vinhateiro, and in the Baião sub-region was born from the strong connection that its partners, Sandra Fonseca and Miguel Silvestre, felt for Corujeiras, a small town with breathtaking views of the Douro. From the very first moment, the owners felt that the place "filled their soul", which eventually gave rise to the name Feel and Soul Douro. From that moment on, they realized it was the perfect place to build a project linked to viticulture and wine tourism.
The first plantings took place in 2017, organic viticulture vineyards, where you can see flocks of sheep grazing, controlling the growth of the herbs, contributing to the fertilization of the land and reducing the carbon footprint.
In 2021, construction began on the winery, which includes a tasting room, a wine store and a wine bar, with a magnificent view of the Douro river.
Today its owners want Feel and Soul to be an immersive experience center, where the farm-to-table concept has been implemented and therefore it is possible to find the estate's local products served in the wine bar. At Feel and Soul, sustainability is the motto and the visitor plays the main role.
