How to use your Voucher?
- Click the pink button at the top of the website that says “USE VOUCHER”
- It will ask for your login and password to access the website
- Then you can go to your name on the right side and there is a drop down menu where you go to “BOOKINGS”
- You should see your VOUCHER there
- If you already have a number that starts with WX-numbers you can use it by clicking the green button that says “Do you have an experience voucher?” and clicking the green button “Retrieve it here” and entering the voucher number.
- If you don't have a voucher number, a button that says “Voucher” should appear on the right side of the reservation. Click this and a pop-up should appear where you can enter the person's name and then the PDF of the voucher with the WX-number will appear. This document is what you can give to the person receiving the VOUCHER.
- Again, go to the green button at the top that says “Do you have an experience voucher?” And click on the green button “Retrieve it here”
- Enter the voucher number that starts with WX-number.
- Once you have done this, a button will appear on the right that says “SCHEDULE”, click there and you can enter the desired date and time to schedule the visit.
- The winery will receive this message and will confirm if it is okay to do the visit on that day& time or else they will send you a message to change the time or day.
- You can then go and do your experience/visit! Enjoy!
