We invite you to have a private wine tasting at the Casa de Santar winery, carefully selected by the winemaker Osvaldo Amado. This choice includes his most iconic creations from the Dão region, namely Casa de Santar Vinha dos Amores Encruzado Sparkling Wine, Casa de Santar Vinha dos Amores Sparkling Touriga Nacional, Casa de Santar Vinha dos Amores Encruzado and Casa de Santar Vinha dos Amores Touriga Nacional, harmonized, at the table in the fireplace room, with a board of regional products, created by Chef Henrique Ferreira.
As if that were not enough, the experience also offers a Jeep ride through the vineyards of Casa de Santar and a historical-pedagogical visit to the Gardens of Paço dos Cunhas and Vinha do Contador.
