Winemaker for a day

This activity aims to introduce you to the work of a winemaker: you will create your own wine and sell it. This is a team experience full of learning and a lot of interaction between the participants. It includes a visit of the property, tastings of single varietal wines, and learning to distinguish the characteristics of the different grape varieties and then producing your own wine blend. At the same time you will create the image of the wine and design its labels. At the end of the course, you will present your wine to the other teams and the winemaker, and a winner will be decided out of the group.
