This experience provides a journey through the rich flavors of Alentejo's humble and traditional food, paired with the Herdade do Rocim wines. You will start with a selection of cheeses and cold cuts, followed by a bean soup or scrambled eggs with asparagus, continue with black pork cheeks and ‘migas’, a traditional dish made essentially of bread, and finish with grilled cod loins and potatoes, seasoned with Herdade do Rocim olive oil. For dessert, there is almond pie with orange and ice-cream.
