- A visit to the winery and explanations on the harvest, vinification and ageing processes of the wines
- A visit to the old school, which is now a wine bar
- A tasting of 5 wines + 1 Reserva (premium), served with regional bread from Mafra and extra-virgin olive oil from ManzWine
