The tour begins on a beautiful terrace overlooking the vineyards, where the differences in the terroir within the propriety are explained. The visit continues through the winery where the entire winemaking process is explained and how it is done using techniques and traditions inherited from the Romans. In the barrel cellar, you will be surprised by the ambient music that soothes the wine while it ages. This experience will include a tasting of 4 wines of the entry level wines accompanied by a cheese and charcuterie board from the region.
