We propose a unique visit to the natural and wine heritage of Casa de Santar. A walk through the gardens of Paço dos Cunhas, a property dating back to 1609, followed by Vinha do Contador, a vineyard that represents the recovery of the region's wine heritage, a magnificent example of old vineyards in the Dão region and, of course, the visit to the centenary winery of Casa de Santar. To end in the best way, we propose a tasting of three wines, a rosé wine from Casa de Santar, a special white wine from Casa de Santar and a late harvest wine. These will be accompanied by a board of local specialties, created by Chef Henrique Ferreira.
