For the main course, you will be able to pick between several dishes you can savor such as the Vila Santa Codfish with tomato mousse on a crust of Alentejo bread with pesto, the "Vila Santa" dark duck rice with courgette carpaccio, Vila Santa Partridges, partridges in escabeche with apple puree and grated potatoes (in summer), black pork cheeks with garden puree, or lamb with mint leaf chutney and jelly.
Conclude your meal with irresistible typical Portuguese desserts like Angel's pudding, water pudding, or encharcada or other options such as mango and passion fruit ice cream with orange slices, chocolate sin cake, and seasonal fruit.
