Visit our cellars and winery and indulge in a delightful typical Alentejo style lunch.  Begin your experience with a welcome appetizer, featuring “Tibornas” (toasted fresh country bread) drizzled with Oliveira Ramos Premium extra virgin olive oil and regional cheese bites.  For the starter, choose from options such as vegetable pudding, tomato pudding, shredded coriander dogfish with fried bread, chestnut cream soup, mushroom cream soup, or alheira (a typical Portuguese sausage) on a bed of chopped cabbage with quail eggs.

For the main course, you will be able to pick between several dishes you can savor such as the Vila Santa Codfish with tomato mousse on a crust of Alentejo bread with pesto, the "Vila Santa" dark duck rice with courgette carpaccio, Vila Santa Partridges, partridges in escabeche with apple puree and grated potatoes (in summer), black pork cheeks with garden puree, or lamb with mint leaf chutney and jelly.

Conclude your meal with irresistible typical Portuguese desserts like Angel's pudding, water pudding, or encharcada or other options such as mango and passion fruit ice cream with orange slices, chocolate sin cake, and seasonal fruit. Additionally, you will also have the pleasure of enjoying a cheese platter with local cheeses from Portugal.

Accompany your meal with a selection of fine wines, including Marquês de Borba white, Marquês de Borba Vinhas Velhas white, Marquês de Borba Vinhas Velhas red, and Duorum LBV Porto. A feast made in heaven!

Note: children 0-15 yrs are free, from 16 onwards they are full price as an adult. Note that if you would like to have a private tour/experience that there is an extra 20 euros per person in addition to the price of the experience.
