The experience begins with an introduction to the unique characteristics of each grape and the terroir that shapes their character. In the vineyard, learn about the sustainable practices that preserve the heritage of these varieties, while in the winery, witness the meticulous vinification process that brings these nectars to life. The tasting includes three distinct wines: a white wine with Antão Vaz and Arinto, enriched with Verdelho and Alvarinho; a rosé wine with Alfrocheiro and Aragonês; and a red wine crafted from Touriga Nacional. The tasting is perfectly complemented with regional cheeses, charcuterie, and traditional Alentejo bread.
