This experience is a unique opportunity to learn about the vines by participating in the pruning process with the Quinta do Boição team. Pruning takes place in the winter when the vines are dormant and is one of the essential steps to prepare the vines for the following season.
Visitors will also have the chance to learn about the vinification process and will visit the winery. The experience ends with a three premium wine tasting, paired with regional specialties such as delicious DOP cheeses and smoked meats/hams.
Note: This event is seasonal and only available in December & January. Price for children is from 6-14 years old.

10:15 – 12:00 Pruning experience – Distribution of material and introduction of safety protocol.
12:00 – 12:30 Visit the vinification center and cellar
