The visit to Herdade Canal Caveira begins with an introduction to this family project, followed by a walk through the vineyards, where you will discover the secrets of sustainable viticulture and the various stages of the vegetative cycle. In the winery, you will learn about the winemaking process that brings the estate's nectars to life. At the end, you will enjoy a tasting of four Serra Brava wines: 2 whites, Chardonnay/Sauvignon Blanc and Verdelho/Alvarinho and 2 reds, Touriga Nacional and Cabernet Sauvignon.
