Unlike previous years, the ManzWine Pruning Workshop is now available for a specific period, allowing for greater scheduling flexibility.
This wine tourism experience allows you to learn more about viticulture, understand the vine's vegetative cycle, and realize the importance of winter pruning for wine quality. After the theoretical component, you will get hands-on experience and prune some of the property's vines, accompanied by the ManzWine team.
Finally, the moment is celebrated with a tasting of ManzWine wines, accompanied by regional products.
This experience includes:
• Guided tour of the Museum, Winery and Barrel Room
• Pruning Workshop (in the Barrel Room):
- The grapevine and its vegetative cycle
- Objectives of pruning
- Vine training systems
- Phases of pruning
- Pruning systems
- Distribution of materials and safety requirements
- Pruning practice
• Tasting of 6 ManzWine wines, accompanied by regional products
Note: Children up to 6 years old are free and children between 6 and 17 years old have a 50% discount. Experience available between January 2nd and February 7th, except Sundays and Mondays. Subject to prior booking and availability of the producer's schedule.
