This is a guided tour around the winery and estate followed by a 2-wine tasting, accompanied by a traditional Alentejano meal by the chef Dona Josefa. This will include typical Alentejo dishes such as wild boar with typical side dishes such as bread and asparagus, bread sauce with tomato and others like black pig cheeks with potatoes and rosemary and duck rice. This makes for a hearty meal!!
