This tour is an exclusive and private tour and includes a visit of the historical winery of Viúva Gomes which dates back to 1808. You will hear about its history and get insights on the traditional Colares wines which are grown in sandy soils. The tours are normally given by the father or son owners and you will really discover this unique wine-growing region. The visit will finish with a 4 wine tasting where you will try some wines which were grown in sandy soils and others in more typical hard soils. The tour will be catered to your group and its interests.
