Next, visit the winery and taste fresh must, the first flavour of wine before fermentation begins.
As the sun sets, immerse yourself in the DJ Sunset overlooking the vineyards and olive groves, then enjoy an open-air fire-cooked dinner prepared by Chef João Narigueta, where tradition meets creativity in dishes made with seasonal, local ingredients. When night falls, take part in a magical Night Harvest, picking grapes under a starry sky, and finish the evening with a guided stargazing session, unveiling the secrets of the universe.
