The session culminates with a guided technical tasting of Malápio DOC Bairrada amphora wines, where theory and practice come together to reveal the uniqueness of this ancestral winemaking method. For an even more complete experience, you can extend the moment with a paired lunch or dinner, during which António Lopes will guide the pairing of traditional Bairrada dishes with amphora wines, demonstrating how they complement each other.
