This experience combines a wine tasting of 6 ManzWines, paired with a variety of regional delicacies and snacks. You will discover the singularity of the Jampal grape variety, that is at the origin of a very unique and rare wine in the world. The diversity of the variety will also be demonstrated with the tasting of three distinct “terroirs”. Finally, you will dive into a sensorial world with a wine and gastronomy experience, along with the tasting of 6 ManzWines paired with regional delicacies.
This experience includes:
- A visit of the museum and old wine press
- A talk on how the terroir influences the profile of the ManzWines
- A visit of the winery and explanations on the harvest, vinification and ageing process of the wines
- A visit to the old school, which is now a wine bar.
- A tasting of 6 ManzWines
- Delicacies and snacks, that include local cheese and cold cuts, jam, extra-virgin olive oil from ManzWine, olives, regional bread from Mafra, sweet cakes and fresh fruit.
