Come and have lunch in the shade of a century-old cork oak, surrounded by the vineyards of Casa de Santar. This enogastronomic experience is inspired by the 19|90 Premium Wines of Dão, and the Beira roots of Chef Henrique Ferreira, who has recreated traditional dishes with a contemporary touch.
This sensory experience includes a Jeep ride to the centenary Casa de Santar winery, a guided tour of the Gardens of Paço dos Cunhas and the old vines of Vinha do Contador.
The menu includes:
Starters: Stewed with spare ribs; Octopus salad; Gizzards in the Tacho; Mixed Sausages; Oxheart Tomato, Red Onion and Salt Flower.
Soup: Caldo Verde, Chouriça Beirã and Cornbread.
Main Course: Feijoada à Moda Casa de Santar
Dessert: Amanteigado Serra Cheese DOP, Pumpkin Compote and Nuts; Tigelada da Beira.
