This is a unique experience at Quinta Madre de Água, because it has its own cheese dairy, where you can taste and buy the product. The flock of 250 sheep allow a daily production of 250 cheeses, fermented with thistle from the property. This tasting of several regional cheeses includes sheep cheese (buttery and sliced), as well as Requeijão (depending on the season).
