In this experience, you will have some initial explanation by their vines as well as see the grapes coming into the winery and further descriptions on the wine making process. You will then be able to taste the traditional light lunch that locals eat during the Harvest – the “bucha”. It is served as a buffet and with the Herdade do Rocim wines and will include traditional products such as cheeses, charcuterie, scrambled eggs with asparagus, tomatoes and mushrooms as well as bread, olive oil, fruit and some deserts.
