The adventure begins at the Malápio Winery, where you will be welcomed by the producer before setting off to explore some of the most striking landscapes of Bairrada. Aboard a jeep, you will travel through the Pateira de Fermentelos lagoon, the Cértima rice paddies, and the century-old Malápio vineyard, getting to know firsthand the territory that gives rise to the talha wines.
Back at the winery, the experience culminates with a guided tasting of two talha wines, accompanied by a platter of regional snacks or a traditional suckling pig sandwich. A route designed to reveal how nature, terroir, and craftsmanship come together to create wines deeply connected to the identity of Bairrada
