This is a unique experience at Quinta Madre de Água, because aside from producing wines, it has its own cheese dairy, where we can taste and buy the product. The flock of 250 sheep allow a daily production of 250 cheeses, fermented with thistle from the property. This tasting includes 3 high level wines (Madre de Água) and two regional cheeses, one olive oil, one jam, as well as Requeijão (when in season).
