The wines include 1 white, 3 reds and a beautiful dessert wine (Mouchão Sobremesa Tonel Aged) and a wonderful brandy (Mouchão Bagaceira Alicante Bouschet). To pair the wine tasting, you will taste some very good products of the region, many produced at Mouchão - such as the extra virgin olive oil, olives from the Galega variety (from the olive trees at Mouchão), wild honey from Mouchão, sheep cheese from the area, chouriço (filled sausage) from Alentejo and regional bread.
