The visit begins with an introduction to the project, and as you walk through the vineyards you will learn all the secrets of sustainable viticulture and the various stages of the vegetative cycle, while in the winery you will understand how the estate's nectars are vinified. And at the end, you will have the chance to taste them. You will taste three wines, one white, one rosé and one red, which will go perfectly with the regional cheeses and s charcuterie and the Alentejo bread.
